Starting Pay: $18.00–$20.86 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. We recognize the value of experience and are committed to offering competitive pay for the right candidate.
What You'll Do: Dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment while preserving part quality. Inspect parts to ensure they meet company standards. Assist customers in locating parts and equipment throughout the yard. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow environmental and safety procedures for handling salvage equipment. Perform routine checks on yard equipment and assist with general shop and yard operations.
What We're Looking For: Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably with agricultural equipment. Basic computer skills. Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
