About the role
Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. As the VSOC Manager, you will own the alert lifecycle across physical security platforms, building criteria to separate real risk from noise and guiding a 40-person offshore monitoring team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Asset Protection Operations, you will lead the VSOC function through its maturation, manage emergency responses for storms, civil unrest, or other crises, and partner with store leadership.
