  • Are you a electrician looking for consistent, high-paying work in the fast-growing clean energy sector? We are hiring a Lead Solar Electrician to head electrical operations for residential and solar installations, battery storage setups, and main service panel upgrades.

Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after first 30 days) Work Essentials: Company truck (after first 30 days) What You'll DoElectrical Execution: Wire AC/DC solar systems, set up string and microinverters, integrate battery storage (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, etc.), and perform main panel upgrades (MPUs).System Commissioning: Inspect, test, voltage-check, and commission PV systems to ensure code-compliant grid interconnection. Code & Safety: Ensure all installations comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local AHJ regulations, and company safety standards. Inspection Management: Lead on-site city, county, and utility electrical inspections to secure immediate sign-offs. Crew Leadership: Supervise electrical apprentices, review blueprints, and troubleshoot complex field issues. What You Need
Experience: 3+ years of electrical experience (solar-specific or residential service work preferred).Technical Mastery: Expertise in conduit bending, service panel tie-ins, and NEC Article 690/705 knowledge.
Requirements: Valid driver's license and the physical ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
