About the role

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Floor Service Host to deliver enhanced service to mid-end casino players on the casino floor. You will greet players, manage on-floor presence, and support their experiences with tickets, reservations, and comps. As a primary customer-facing contact, you will enroll un-carded players into the Venetian Rewards program and strive to meet department goals for production, comps, and customer interactions while adhering to company standards.
