About the role
- Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following technical areas: Mechanical Engineering; Material Sciences; Welding Engineering; If lessor degrees, equivalent combination of education and +7 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Solid Works design and modeling to include: Knowledgeable of FEA analysis; 2D drawing and assembly creation; BOM creation; and knowledgeable of design tolerancing
- Minimum of 3 years of welding technology experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of refractory cutting, molding, and applications experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming and/or tool and tie experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory leadership experience (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products
- Basic knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle Software
