- Behavior Technician (BT)
- Up to $22.00 per hour
- Not yet registered as an RBTCurrently completing or willing to complete the 40-Hour RBT Training CoursePaid training and support available
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Up to $24.00 per hour
- Must maintain an active RBT certification
- Pay based on experience, certification status, and case assignment
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBACollect and record data during therapy sessions
- Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- No RBT Certification? We Can Help.

- Our team can provide guidance and support through the RBT certification process, including completion of the required 40-hour training program.
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
- Positive, patient, and professional attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
- Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours
