About the role
Overview
In this role you will lead regional field and partner marketing across the Americas, aligning campaigns with sales and GTM goals. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Corporate Marketing to drive demand and engagement while building partner programs. You’ll measure program performance and optimize tactics with data-driven insights. You will spearhead regional events and ABM initiatives to accelerate the sales cycle and grow revenue. This is an opportunity to shape marketing strategy in a fast-paced cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Responsibilities Execute regional field marketing strategies and campaigns across the Americas to support business, sales, and marketing goals. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital and Web, and other GTM teams to align initiatives with business aims. Develop and manage regional partner and co-marketing programs. Lead measurement of program performance and apply data-driven improvements. Manage presence at regional industry and partner events to build brand, demand, and relationships. Create demand generation programs for new-logo and existing accounts to build awareness and pipeline. Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams on targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and opportunities. Deliver personalized campaigns to accelerate the sales cycle and convert opportunities into customers. Develop account-based marketing and experience programs for high-value accounts. Lead cross-functional programs through execution, delivery, and reporting.
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience independently developing and executing field and partner marketing strategies across the Americas in an enterprise SaaS environment. Track record of delivering programs that drive demand generation and partner engagement. Leadership skills to motivate a high-performing marketing team and lead cross-functional programs. Knowledge of cybersecurity products, SaaS, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Strong communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
