Hiring Roofing Laborer Join our team as a Roofing Laborer, where you will support the workflow of roofing job sites. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, are not afraid of heights, and can meet the physical demands of lifting materials, equipment, and tools. Support the workflow of roofing job sites. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across construction sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support the team in tasks related to restoration, remodeling, and general construction site activities. General labor experience Roofing and construction knowledge Ability to perform heavy lifting Experience with hand tools and power tools Comfort with heights Commitment to safety protocols Ability to climb ladders Willingness to perform rigorous manual labor Reliable transportation Team-oriented and able to follow directions Enjoy year-round work with opportunities for growth and raises. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $43.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
