- Proven history of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Experience selling packaging, industrial, manufacturing, or related products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account development strategies.
- Growth in territory revenue and market share.
- Expansion of existing client relationships and acquisition of new accounts.
