About the role

Job Description: Mechanical & electrical assembly, soldering with SMT and TH components · Produces assemblies and sub-assemblies by assembling parts and components.· Reads and utilizes work instructions.· Uses hand tools or soldering irons to assemble parts.· Conducts quality control checks with inspection and tests.· Practices Lean 5S techniques such as cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment, including tools.· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.· Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.· Solder through-hole wires and components to PCBA.· Read and follow ISO9000 work instructions.· Escalate issues to Team Lead or Supervisor.· Recommend process improvements to eliminate waste and improve efficiencies. Glue units closed using 2-part methacrylate adhesive.
