Panera Bread is seeking a Director of Real Estate in Newton, MA (moving to Weston, MA in July 2027) to lead Panera’s real estate initiatives for bakery-cafe expansion across franchise partners, non-traditional partners, and Company development.
The role directs a team of Real Estate Managers, shapes market strategy, guides LOI and lease negotiations, and ensures alignment with brand standards, financial performance, and ROI.
