Responsibilities: Mixing, folding, shaping, scoring & baking sourdough. Preparing and scaling dough accurately. Monitoring fermentation and proofing. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Helping with other bakery prep and production as needed. We’re Looking For: Previous professional baking experience preferred. Strong understanding of sourdough fermentation. Reliable, organized, and hardworking. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. Someone who genuinely loves bread!.Part-time to full-time | Schedule & pay TBD*Come help us make bread the way it was always meant to be made.*
