Brookfield Residential Land Services LLC seeks a Director of Land Acquisition to lead sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and execution of opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will partner with executive leadership to drive strategy while guiding due diligence, financial analysis, and deal execution. You will oversee pro-forma modeling, market analyses, and LOIs; coordinate with Investments Team and cross-functional partners to ensure timely closings and strong returns.
