About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange conference rooms
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and meeting materials
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and confidential company records
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure priorities are completed on time
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external partners as needed
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and other administrative initiatives
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
