Join the Open-Prod adventure!The position:Contract: Permanent - Management (39h)Location: Nantes (44) or chirolles (38)Remuneration: According to skills and experienceYou will be responsible for integrating and deploying Open-Prod with our clients, serving as their primary contact. You will oversee the operational management of projects, from initiation to post-launch support in production.Your main duties include:Managing projectsPerforming configurationTraining usersFollowing the deployment phases: planning, deliverables, budget...70% of the project is conducted remotely, with the remaining time spent on-site at our clients to ensure key deployment phases (audit, launch, production setup, etc.).Your onboarding process: To ensure your success is our success, we have designed a personalized program for your first three months:A detailed training schedule and certification on the ERP.A buddy system with a Senior Project Manager.A weekly check-in with your manager for close monitoringProfile RequiredYour qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in industrial engineering.Strong proficiency in project management methodologies.Previous experience in deploying ERP systems (ideally with an integrator).Your strengths:You are meticulous and pragmaticYou are an excellent communicatorYou have a service-oriented and advisory approachYou understand the industrial world and its constraintsAnd above all: You have the ambition to revolutionize the industry with us!
