About the role

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Lincoln Park, NJ. The role offers flexible scheduling and an hourly rate of $80–$95 based on experience and qualifications. You will build and supervise individualized ABA programs, collaborate with families, and deliver data-driven progress updates in home, school, and community settings. Training and ongoing clinical support are provided.
