About the role

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA seeks a Senior Compensation Manager to lead strategy and execution across compensation programs. You’ll partner with the Head of Compensation, influence executives, and manage a team of 2–4 professionals to deliver equitable, compliant total rewards. You will develop compensation philosophy, salary structures, and pay guidelines, lead annual processes, and ensure strong analytics, market benchmarking, and governance across HR, Finance and Legal.
