Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative Remote-Based | 75–80% Travel Required 6-Month Contract + Possible Extension
About the Role: Brooksource is hiring a Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to support a large-scale industrial infrastructure program with one of the world’s leading e-commerce and logistics companies. The position is heavily field-focused and ideal for someone who can walk a construction site, review drawings, identify issues, and provide clear reporting back to leadership.
What You’ll Do: • Visit active construction sites across the U.S.• Review drawings, site plans, and construction progress• Observe safety, quality, sequencing, and field execution• Document findings and provide site reports to leadership• Support industrial site improvement projects• Use Microsoft Office for reporting and project updates• Travel frequently for short onsite visits (typically 1–2 days)
What You Bring: • 5+ years of construction management, field engineering, owner’s rep, or industrial construction experience• Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or infrastructure environments• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings• Strong communication and reporting skills• Comfortable with frequent travel and independent field work• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Experience• Distribution centers or fulfillment center projects• Truck yards or warehouse infrastructure• Owner’s representative or field observation experience• Active operational construction environments
