About the role

General responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Teaching rigorous curriculum in a high-quality and exciting way

Committing to constant professional growth through feedback, coaching, and professional development
Using student achievement data to set ambitious academic goals for students
Constantly assessing student progress, and communicating results to families and colleagues
Providing individual or small group instruction for students who need additional assistance
Committing totutoring, after school activities, and being a part of the larger school community
Qualified candidates have: Bachelor’s Degree required (relevant fields include education, math, science, interdisciplinary studies)
At least two years of working with youth
Ability to further education to become licensed in the state of North Carolina - Required acceptance to EPP Program
