About the role

Arigo HR Solutions seeks a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to join our Career/Rewards team in Chicago or Houston. You will lead engagements on executive compensation strategy and total rewards, advising clients and shaping programs. You will drive benchmarking, pay structure analysis, and market assessments while developing new business, managing proposals and SOWs, and mentoring junior consultants.
