About the role
- Own in-year performance and build 1-year / 3-year growth plans rooted in consumer and category insights
- Monitor business performance (share, volume, revenue, household penetration, repeat/buy rate) and drive actions to improve results
- Own marketing budget and P&L levers; allocate investment to deliver profit, volume, and share targets
- Lead cross-functional teams through commercialization, renovation/innovation, packaging, quality, and process improvements
- Partner with Sales to develop customer programs and execute across channels (including ecommerce)
- Influence stakeholders, set priorities, and drive multiple workstreams with clear timelines and ownership
- Coach and develop junior team members as applicable
- Strong business acumen and comfort working across data, insights, and storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Experience with forecasting, P&L management, and actioning top/bottom-line drivers
- Clear, concise communicator with a bias for action 5+ years experience (marketing/brand/product management preferred)
