About the Opportunity: Streamstown Construction is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Administrator to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front desk presence Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels Provide administrative support to office staff and company leadership Coordinate office equipment, facility needs, and vendor requests Assist with special projects and general office initiatives Support day-to-day operations through proactive organization and problem-solving Help foster a collaborative, team-oriented office environment Qualifications 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed Reliable, dependable, and accountable Comfortable utilizing standard office software and technology
