About the role

RRD is seeking a Plant President to lead a manufacturing facility and drive strategic plans for people, processes, technology, and culture. You will monitor employee development, equipment performance, safety, and key metrics while guiding site leadership and executives to execute budgets and corporate goals. You will oversee sales strategy, production schedules, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales to expand the local customer base and improve performance across all operations.
