Create Music Group is based in Hollywood, CA and has 400 employees worldwide.Job SummaryTripleThreat, a fast-growing new division of Create Music Group, is looking for a passionate, organized, and team-oriented intern to join the team. This role will support artist discovery while providing hands-on exposure to A&R, marketing, and digital rights, offering a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a modern music company.This is a part-time internship designed for current students for the Summer/Fall 2026 term. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 1020 hours per week over a 3-4 month period. This is a hybrid-work role - interns must be able to report to the Los Angeles headquarters 2-3 times per week.ResponsibilitiesA&R Research - Discovering new artists and creators using both software and personal research.Gathering data and pitching potential signings to our A&R team.Assisting on various marketing and digital rights tasks for our roster.Day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsFamiliar with and passionate about hip hop music, culture, and content.Well-versed in internet culture/social media platforms and enjoys consuming/studying YouTube and TikTok content.Driven to pursue a career in the music/entertainment industry, preferably with relevant internship or work experience.Team player with great communication skills, and the ability to manage time wisely and stay laser-focused between tasks.Must have access to a laptop, headphones, and access to a mode of reliable transportationMust be proficient with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.Program DetailsStart Date: FlexibleHybrid role: Must be able to attend in person in the LA office 2-3 times per weekLength: 3-4 monthsFair Chance PolicyIn accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider employment for qualified applicants with criminal histories.
