This position demands a strategic partner to executive leadership, with a focus on financial strategy, planning, and decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insights on growth, profitability, and operational performance, as well as ensuring the alignment of financial objectives with business goals.Key responsibilities include leading all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving financial process improvements. The role also involves overseeing cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury activities, and serving as the primary liaison with external CPA and tax advisors.Applicants for the Head of Finance & Accounting role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 10 years' of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, preferably in project-based environments such as entertainment, advertising, marketing, or professional services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in improving financial performance, processes, and systems, and possess strong expertise in areas such as FP&A, cash flow management, and business partnering.Familiarity with AI tools in a business setting is also a plus.
