This advanced practice provider will be focused on the well-being of Onsite employees and their beneficiaries, at University of Indianapolis (1643 E Hanna avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46060).
HighlightsCommunity Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, family medicine certified advanced practice provider to practice in an Employer Health Onsite primary care role. Minimum two years of experience as an advanced practice provider is required.
