4xi Global seeks a Senior Consultant, Hospitality Operations to lead advisory projects across hospitality, foodservice, and workplace experience. You will manage engagements from discovery to delivery, mentor junior team members, and contribute to thought leadership and global growth. You bring 7–10 years of hospitality leadership or consulting experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong skills in analytics, problem solving, and executive communication. Travel is required.
