About the role

Horrocks is seeking a Senior Transit Planner or Project Manager to lead transit and multimodal transportation planning efforts from our Phoenix office. You'll grow our planning services across the mountain west, working with transit agencies, state DOTs, MPOs, and cities. You will manage studies, engage stakeholders, and deliver technical reports while collaborating with a national planning team.
