About the job:
Nation Safe Drivers (NSD) is seeking a strategic, hands-on Network Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our nationwide towing and roadside assistance provider network. This high-impact role combines business development, territory strategy, provider relationship management, contract negotiation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a sales-minded leader who enjoys building relationships, solving geographic coverage challenges, using data to drive action, and leading a team to measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and onboard towing and roadside assistance providers across the United States.
Build a strong provider pipeline and develop targeted growth strategies for underserved markets.
Analyze coverage, capacity, pricing, availability, and performance to strengthen assigned territories.
Reduce out-of-network usage by identifying root causes and implementing corrective action plans.
Manage and strengthen provider relationships while balancing service quality, coverage, and cost.
Partner with Operations and other internal teams to resolve recurring network gaps.
Lead, coach, and develop the provider network management and acquisition team.
Establish goals and track provider acquisition, territory performance, cost per tow, and network results.
Qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in sales, business development, territory management, network management, provider relations, or field operations.
Demonstrated success prospecting, negotiating, and closing business.
Experience managing multiple markets or a geographic territory.
Previous team leadership and development experience.
Strong business, financial, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data into focused action plans and measurable results.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in towing, roadside assistance, automotive, transportation, insurance, fleet services, or a related industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with the towing and roadside assistance market—or existing provider relationships—is a strong advantage.
