Job Description
Summary: Answers phones and directs phone calls, greets customers and processes mail.
Receptionist Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Positive and Friendly individual to be the “face of the company” when clients and customers arrive. Greets customers and clients, direct them when necessary. Answers a high volume of incoming calls and directs callers to the appropriate person within the company. Orders and maintains office supplies, break room supplies on Amazon. Order cleaning supplies for the janitorial service. Sorts incoming mail Fed Ex and UPS packages. Shipping Fed Ex for everyone in HQ.Going to the Post Office in the morning to pick up the mail. Booking travel for the company. Maintain the travel email. Code Hotel Engine, spreadsheet for accounting. Code Enterprise and National spreadsheet for accounting. Maintaining and reconciling the WF admin credit card. Empty both dishwashers every morning and start them in the evenings. Checking the conference rooms, keeping them clean and stocked with supplies. Assist the Executive team on occasion for meetings, ordering lunches and picking up. Assist Facilities in issuing fobs for employees. Accounts Payable duties on occasion: Assists in a variety of Accounts Payable tasks, including Entering in PO’s and bills for utilities Printing invoices Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.****Must be able to drive and have a valid Driver License
