About the role
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
- Review client data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
- Provide hybrid services, including in-home, school-based, community-based, and clinic support as services continue to expand throughout Mississippi.

- Competitive hourly pay of $70–$80 per hour

- Weekly pay on Tuesdays$250 hire-on bonus after 60 days of active employment serving clients
- One hour of non-billable time for every 10 billable hours
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBActive Mississippi Behavior Analyst License issued by the Mississippi Autism Board (required)
- Active Mississippi Medicaid Provider ID (required)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings as needed
- Ability to pass required background checks and maintain eligibility to work in the United StatesJoin Our Team
