About the role

About Come join a fast growing roofing company in the RDU area. We handle full replacements and repairs, both insurance-claim and retail, and we offer free roof inspections to every homeowner. 70+ five-star Google reviews. We are a growing team, and strong reps can grow into team lead roles. What you do Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods: streets around our active job sites, storm-affected areas, and homes with older roofs. Start conversations with homeowners and book a free roof inspection with a sales rep. Capture complete, accurate homeowner information (see Section 5) and send it in the same day. Leave professional, branded door hangers when no one is home. Attend the weekly Tuesday team session (roleplay, what worked, next week's territories).Send a short end-of-day activity report (hours, doors, conversations, inspections booked). What you do not do Climb roofs, perform inspections, quote prices, or sign contracts. A sales rep handles all of that. Promise that insurance will pay for a roof, or offer to waive or cover a deductible. Enter anyone's property after being asked to leave, or knock where a no-soliciting sign is posted.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
