About the Role: LICAS Auto Sales in Osage Beach is hiring a dependable, hardworking Automotive Lot Technician / Detailer / Light-Duty Mechanic. This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable working around vehicles and takes pride in quality work.
Responsibilities: Wash and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors Buff, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for sale Move, organize, and stage inventory on the lot Inspect vehicles and report cosmetic or mechanical issues Assist with vehicle reconditioning Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance Perform light mechanical repairs based on experience Keep the lot, shop, and detailing areas clean and organized Provide general lot and shop support as needed
Requirements: Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Strong attention to detail Basic mechanical knowledge Willingness to learn Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors Experience with detailing, buffing, oil changes, brakes, diagnostics, minor repairs, or other automotive work is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
