About the role

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled BCBA to join our in-home services team. The BCBA will oversee our ABA Therapists, assess children with various behavioral and emotional challenges, and create individualized treatment plans aimed at meaningful progress. Ideal candidates hold a Masters in ABA, BACB certification, and 2–3 years of experience working with families and children across diagnoses, delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavior support.
