About the role
- Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care
- Work in a two-person team to complete installations on-site
- Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions
- Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
- Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)
- Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes
- Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes
- Follow company safety and quality standards on every job
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately
- Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods
- Team-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail
- Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Experience in one or more trades: carpentry, tile, drywall, or plumbing
- Understanding of construction finishing or remodeling
- Familiarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools
- Previous experience working in residential job sites or customer-facing roles
