Requirements:
Hawaii License and DEAAt least 3 years of experience as an Attending Physician in a facility with a census of 50K/yr. or larger, with onsite Neuro and Cardiac Intervention and Level 2 or 3 Trauma Designation Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
