About the role

About the Role: This role may be performed remotely, with occasional travel or in-person collaboration as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Client Growth Manager to join our team as a trusted adviser to small and medium-sized business clients. In this role, you will help customers identify business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and gain greater value from our solutions. You will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, use customer and CRM insights to inform account strategy, and partner cross-functionally to support retention, product adoption, and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities: Research each customer’s business, account history, and industry context to prepare thoughtful questions and insights in advance of client conversations. Ask layered, open-ended questions to understand customer objectives, challenges, decision drivers, and opportunities beyond surface-level needs. Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer’s organization and adapt communication style to fit different audiences. Lead with solutions, not products, by aligning recommendations to each customer’s business priorities and growth goals. Use consultative selling to identify upsell, expansion, retention, and product-adoption opportunities while keeping the client’s best interests in mind. Analyze CRM data, customer insights, account activity, and engagement trends to identify opportunities, risks, and next-best actions. Use data and insights to support investment recommendations, address customer objections, and demonstrate value throughout the customer lifecycle. Develop account plans, proposals, presentations, forecasts, and renewal or expansion strategies that support customer growth and quota attainment. Maintain accurate and current CRM records, including opportunities, customer notes, stakeholder details, forecasts, and next steps. Proactively mitigate churn risk by taking a disciplined, customer-centric approach to account planning and follow-through. Partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges, support onboarding and adoption needs, and deliver a strong client experience.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
