About the role
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft ladders
- Position requires frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving
- Work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- High school diploma or GED equivalent 2 - 4 years of applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
- Demonstrated competency with inspection, maintenance and repair activities
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete required safety trainings and comply with safety procedures
- 3rd Party Certification in building trades
- Coursework in building tradesEPA Universal refrigerant license
- Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred)
- Knowledge of State, County, or City building ordinances, codes, and laws
- Experience in commercial real estate or property management environments
