Reporting to senior commercial leadership, the Director of Sales will own key retail relationships, drive customer growth strategies, lead product commercialization efforts, and help build the future of the U.S. sales organization. Key Responsibilities: Own revenue, distribution, and profitable growth across assigned retail accounts. Develop and execute customer growth strategies and annual business plans. Drive distribution gains, assortment expansion, and new product launches. Lead customer presentations, business reviews, line reviews, and negotiations. Manage forecasting, trade planning, and commercial performance analysis. Direct broker relationships and ensure strong retail execution. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Lead and develop team members while helping scale the sales organization.
Qualifications: 10+ years of sales leadership experience within CPG, consumer healthcare, OTC, wellness, or related industries. Strong understanding of U.S. retail channels, customer planning, pricing, promotions, and category management. Experience managing major retail accounts and driving profitable growth. Strong customer-facing selling, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience utilizing Nielsen, Circana, or similar syndicated data sources. Experience managing brokers, agencies, or external sales partners. Track record of success in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or scaling organizations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Consumer healthcare, OTC, wellness, or women's health category experience. Existing relationships with major U.S. retailers. MBA or advanced business education.
