Chromalloy seeks an experienced Director of Facilities to oversee a $200M manufacturing operation in Tampa, including current facility management, capital expansions, and potential new site development. You will lead a 15–20 person team, coordinate with contractors and government agencies, champion Lean and Kaizen initiatives, and deliver on-time, on-budget results in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
