Job Description: NOW HIRING — 2nd Shift ProductionMLC Manufacturing | Spring Lake, MIFull-Time | Immediate Opening | Monday–ThursdayMLC Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Workerto join our growing manufacturing team in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity working a four-day workweek in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30
AMJob Responsibilities: Assist with laser breakout, removing and organizing cut parts Help operate and run parts on a press brake Provide assistance with resistance welding as needed Perform general production and manufacturing duties Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work cooperatively with team members to keep production moving efficiently Follow safety procedures and production instructions
Qualifications: Manufacturing or production experience preferred Experience with laser cutting, metal forming, fabrication, or press brake operations is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
