Role Description: The Data Entry is a full-time, remote position responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in various databases and systems. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing source documents, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and correcting any inconsistencies or errors. The role involves organizing records, following data entry standards and formatting guidelines, and meeting productivity and quality targets. Qualifications: Strong typing skills with high accuracy and the ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks. Solid computer literacy, including comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and common office software. Clear, professional communication skills for collaborating with team members and clarifying data requirements. Customer service and administrative assistance experience to support client-focused data processes and routine office tasks. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently. Understanding of basic data privacy and confidentiality principles; prior experience with data entry or back-office operations is beneficial.
