Late October / Early NovemberPay Rate:$95-$120/hr 1099 | $75-$95/hr W2 + Per DiemThe RolePlanet Pharma is seeking a Civil Engineer to support alarge-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing capital program in Lebanon, IN. This is a technical engineering position - not a project management role. The successful candidate will provide hands-on engineering oversight and coordination across civil, structural steel, cleanroom, and interior finish construction packages as the program drives toward a January 2027 building dry-in milestone.
What You’ll Do: Provide field-based technical engineering support for secondary steel, building envelope, cleanroom, and interior finish construction packagesReview and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals across civil and structural scopesCoordinate with construction management, design engineering, and contractor teams to resolve technical issues and maintain scheduleSupport construction progress reviews, field walkdowns, and issue tracking for assigned scopesIdentify and elevate engineering constraints, design conflicts, or schedule risks to project leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required 8+ years of civil or structural engineering experience on large commercial, pharmaceutical, or data center capital construction programsHands-on field engineering experienceStrong understanding of structural steel, building envelope, and interior finish construction packagesPharmaceutical manufacturing or data center construction experience strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs across civil and structural disciplines
