Job Summary: SetPoint Consultantsis a national staffing agency specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, and Banking industries. We are recruiting an experienced Escrow Officerto manage a branch of a growing Orlando title company with an office in Orlando.
Minimum qualifications include: 5+ years of title closing experience, recent management of a closing branch, and Florida notary status. The candidate must assist with document preparation and closings, clear title issues, and process files from A-Z. No book of business is required.
Responsibilities: Assist in document preparation and closing activities, manage the daily operations of the escrow branch, mentor staff, conduct regular meetings, clear title issues, and provide customer‑service‑driven support to clients. Occasional travel to Jacksonville and Tampa may be required.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Title Closing experience
  • Florida Notary required
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Good computer and organizational skills
Title Branch management experience – conduct regular staff meetings, communicate goals, provide updates, and foster teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year with monthly bonus and benefits that may exceed $150,000 per year. This position is currently open and immediately available.
