Responsibilities:
As a Correspondence Representative, you will:• Investigate and follow up on unpaid insurance claims over 120 days old• Research reasons for non-payment and escalate issues when needed• Communicate with insurance carriers, clinics, and patients• Request additional documentation or retro authorizations when necessary• Accurately log all actions and outcomes in our billing system• Support other billing-related projects and tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, banking, or healthcare
Preferred Qualifications:
