About the role
TRAC Intermodal, based in Princeton, New Jersey, seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team reporting to the General Counsel. The role advises senior leadership on legal strategy for a dynamic equipment leasing business and supports regulatory and risk management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a JD, NJ bar, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters with discretion and professionalism.
