Senior FP&A Analyst Supporting Long Term PlanningAs a Senior FP&A Analyst supporting Long Term Planning, you'll help shape Southwest's long-term financial strategy by building and maintaining financial models, analyzing complex business scenarios, and delivering insights that inform key decisions across the Company. You'll partner with Finance Leadership, FP&A, Fleet, Supply Chain, Treasury, and other strategic Teams to develop long-range forecasts, support annual planning and earnings activities, prepare executive and Board-level reporting, and evaluate major business initiatives.
