Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care when necessary. Review laboratory results and communicate concerns to appropriate medical personnel. Support employee health and safety initiatives, including vaccination programs and incident assessments. Maintain compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a recognized nursing education program. Current Iowa LPN/LVN license. Ability to meet applicable state requirements for basic IV therapy. At least 2 years of clinical or hospital experience. Flexibility to work opening shifts, evening closing shifts, and rotating weekends. Strong commitment to safety, quality care, and exceptional customer service.
