About the role

VetMED, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, seeks a Veterinary Surgeon to found and grow a new Surgery service in Phoenix, AZ. You will build a caseload, establish workflows, and collaborate with Critical Care, Emergency, Dermatology, and other specialties to deliver integrated patient care. As the founding surgeon, you’ll shape the service vision, recruit and mentor staff, and develop referral relationships across the Ethos network.
