This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is polished, personable, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people in a professional office environment. In addition to regular part-time receptionist responsibilities, this individual will provide reception coverage during breaks, absences, and time off for the full-time receptionist, making dependability and flexibility especially important. The ideal candidate will be confident stepping into the role as needed and maintaining a consistent, professional front-office presence. If you are someone who is friendly and upbeat while still professional, presentable, dependable, and comfortable working independently, we would love to hear from you.
Job Duties:
- Take inbound calls
- Covering the front desk while the main receptionist is off or at lunch
- Log deliveries
- Notify employees when packages or mail arrive
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work during operating hours 7am - 5:30pm Monday - Saturday
